text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"margin-top: 0in;\" type=\"disc\">\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0in 0in 10pt; text-align: justify; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">If you\u2019re a parent and you own 100% of your business, your children can work for you regardless of their age or number of hours worked.<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">\u00a0 <\/span>However, if children are under the age of 16, they cannot work in hazardous conditions.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0in 0in 10pt; text-align: justify; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Owners of 100% of their business who only employ immediate family are not required to pay the minimum wage.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0in 0in 10pt; text-align: justify; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Owners of 100% of their business who employ their children who are under 21 years do not have to pay FUTA.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0in 0in 10pt; text-align: justify; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">If your children are under 18, the wages are exempt from FICA if the parents are the only owners of the business.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0in 0in 10pt; text-align: justify; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Other misc. provisions:<\/span>\n<ul style=\"margin-top: 0in;\" type=\"circle\">\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0in 0in 10pt; text-align: justify; mso-list: l0 level2 lfo1;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Paid vacation is not required for part time employees.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0in 0in 10pt; text-align: justify; mso-list: l0 level2 lfo1;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Providing health insurance is optional.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0in 0in 10pt; text-align: justify;
